These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Corporate Connection App (ABN: 93 171 192 452) and govern your use and/or access of the Corporate Connection App services and website (Services). By accepting these Terms of Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree (or cannot comply) with all of the terms of the Terms of Service, then you may not access or use Corporate Connection App.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. You are responsible to keep yourself aware of any such changes. 

1. Eligibility and Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By signing up for the Services, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and can and will be legally bound by this agreement.

You may not use Corporate Connection App where prohibited by law and you agree to comply with all local rules and laws.

By using our Services, you agree that you will not: (a) use the Services for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms of Service; (b) impersonate any other person or entity; (c) harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, assault, defame, or otherwise mistreat any other user or third party;  or (d) spread spam, solicitations, or any content that is fraudulent or misleading.

By using our Services, you warrant that you have not committed or been convicted of a serious offence, sexual crime, or violent crime, and that you do not pose a threat to other users.

By using our Services, you guarantee the accuracy of the information submitted in signing up and commit to keeping that information updated.

You agree not to misrepresent your profession, name, location of work, seniority, or any other information disclosed to Corporate Connection App or through its Services.

You are responsible for your conduct in using the Services. Always use caution in your interactions, especially if you decide to communicate outside of Corporate Connection App or meet in person.

2. Availability of Services

We may at any time and from time to time modify, restrict your access to, or discontinue Corporate Connection App or any feature within Corporate Connection App, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of Corporate Connection App.

We may without prior warning or subsequent notice terminate your access to Corporate Connection App for any or no reason. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to Corporate Connection App.

Absences (no-shows) may result in suspension or banning from the Services.

We may for any or no reason and without prior warning or subsequent notice revoke any exclusive profession networking access which a user has acquired by referring our product to two or more professionals.

3. Advertising

Our Services may contain advertisements and promotions offered by third parties and links to other websites or resources. We have no control over such sites and resources and we are not responsible for their availability. We do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You agree that we will not be liable or responsible, directly or indirectly, to you or any third party for any damage or loss of any sort caused or alleged to be caused in connection with use of or reliance on such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource. 

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

You use Corporate Connection App at your sole risk. We provide Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from or through us shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the Terms of Service.

We do not guarantee that Corporate Connection App will always be safe, secure, or error-free or that Corporate Connection App will always function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections. We make no warranty that (a) Corporate Connection App will meet your requirements; (b) the results that may be obtained from your use of Corporate Connection App will be accurate or reliable; and (c) the quality of the Services, information, or any products of Corporate Connection App will meet your expectations.

Any content, information, or material obtained through Corporate Connection App is done at your own discretion and at your own risk.

We do not guarantee that by signing up you will be connected with another user.

We do not guarantee that by using our deal to invite two or more professionals and receive exclusive profession access that you will receive this access within any particular timeframe.

5. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge and agree that we cannot control the conduct of Corporate Connection App's users and therefore cannot be responsible for any harm they may cause. We are not responsible for the actions, content, information, or data of third parties, and you release us from any claims and damages, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with any claim you have against any Corporate Connection App user or other third parties.

You expressly agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangibles.

Other users of Corporate Connection App with whom you connect or associate could use your content and/or likeness in a manner you dislike, disapprove of or otherwise find offensive. You agree not to assert any claims, actions, or demands against us in connection with such use or activities, whether such use or activities are authorised by these Terms of Service or not.

We are not responsible for any offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable content or information you may encounter on Corporate Connection App or through its Services. We are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of Corporate Connection App or any third party.

We are not responsible or liable for any meals, foods, or beverages obtained, purchased, or consumed during or connected to the Services.

The duration of the catchups is determined by the users. The place of the catchup is determined by the users. You agree to attend the catchup alone. Guests, even if they are Corporate Connection App users, are not permitted to accompany you.
